Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules governing the use of the StudioOS platform and services provided by StudioOS. This AUP forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Purpose of Our Services

StudioOS is a business intelligence and studio management platform designed exclusively for webcam studios and talent management agencies. Our monitoring and analytics features aggregate publicly available data from webcam platforms to help studios operate more efficiently.

2. Acceptable Uses

You may use StudioOS for the following purposes:

  • Studio operational management, including model scheduling, shift planning, and performance tracking;
  • Business intelligence derived from publicly available webcam platform data, including viewer engagement trends and traffic analysis;
  • Talent acquisition and relationship management, using aggregated publicly available data to understand viewer patterns across platforms;
  • Internal reporting and analytics for your studio's commercial operations;
  • Any other lawful business purpose directly related to your webcam studio operations.

3. Strictly Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

3.1 Harassment and Stalking

  • Using any data obtained through StudioOS to contact, message, follow, harass, intimidate, or stalk any individual;
  • Monitoring the activity of specific individuals for personal (non-business) reasons;
  • Using data to track an individual's movements or habits across platforms for any purpose other than legitimate studio business intelligence.

3.2 Identification and Doxxing

  • Attempting to discover or correlate the real-world identity of any individual based on their platform username;
  • Cross-referencing StudioOS data with external data sources (social media, public records, etc.) to identify individuals;
  • Publishing, sharing, or distributing any information that could lead to the identification of individuals.

3.3 Blackmail, Extortion, and Coercion

  • Using data from StudioOS to blackmail, extort, threaten, or coerce any individual;
  • Leveraging information about a person's presence on webcam platforms to cause personal, professional, or reputational harm.

3.4 Unauthorised Distribution

  • Sharing access to StudioOS or its data with anyone outside your organisation;
  • Publishing, selling, or distributing Monitoring Data in any form;
  • Using StudioOS data to create competing products or services.

3.5 Unlawful Activity

  • Any use that violates applicable law, including data protection regulations, computer misuse legislation, or regulations governing the adult entertainment industry;
  • Any use that violates the terms of service of the monitored webcam platforms.

4. Your Obligations

By using StudioOS, you agree to:

  • Ensure all individuals within your organisation who access the platform understand and comply with this AUP;
  • Use Monitoring Data solely for legitimate business purposes within your studio operations;
  • Treat all data accessed through the platform as confidential business information;
  • Immediately report to us any suspected misuse of the platform by anyone in your organisation;
  • Cooperate with us in any investigation of suspected violations of this AUP;
  • Maintain your own compliance with all applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor usage patterns (in aggregate, not content) to detect potential violations of this AUP;
  • Investigate suspected violations, including reviewing account activity;
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, without refund;
  • Report suspected unlawful activity to relevant law enforcement authorities;
  • Cooperate with law enforcement investigations related to misuse of our platform.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, or if you believe your data is being misused through our platform, please contact us immediately:

7. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account;
  • Forfeiture of all remaining subscription fees;
  • Legal action to recover damages;
  • Reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
